Flow of Seminar Events
The application process for seminars will be held over a period of half a year, from the first briefing session to the announcements of results. To prevent misunderstandings and confusion, please make sure to collect information and prepare for the exams. Specific schedules regarding seminar events and examinations will be posted on the website as soon as the dates are confirmed. Please refer to the following pages.

About Exam Information

Late June

First Seminar Information Session and Individual Information Session

Get an overview of the seminar and the schedule for the application process.

October

Second Seminar Information Session

Gather detailed information about specific seminars as well as the format of the application process (examinations, interviews, grades, reports, etc.)

November

Mita Festival Thesis Presentation

At the Mita Festival, research papers written by each seminar will be presented. This is a valuable opportunity to find out which study group you want to join, so please stop by the booths that you are interested in.

September to November

Information sessions by professors of each seminar

During lunch break, professors will be holding an information session at Hiyoshi campus. Gather information about what they are researching and the application process.

November to December

Open Seminar

Get experience on the seminar activities at Mita campus. Get a feel for the atmosphere of the seminar.

Mid December

Third Seminar Information Session

Detailed information on deadlines, application format, and information on the seminar will be disclosed. Let’s do a final check.

Mid February

Registration Day

It’s time to register for your seminar of choice. Check our website and social media to catch the latest information.
